Cancellation
All cancellations must be made by email to dianne@yahnnyblyandco.com.

Cancellation Charges
The confirmation fee differs regarding to the type of tour you are choosing.

Yahnny Bly & Co. reserves the right to keep the below confirmation fee to cover costs, if clients do formally cancel their participation within ten months of departure.

Overnight tours 20%;
50% of tour price, if cancelled formally 8 – 21 days prior to departure;
75% of tour price, if cancelled formally 2 – 7 days prior to departure;
100% of tour price, if cancelled formally within 2 days prior to departure.

Change Fee
If one requests changes to premade packages such as adding nights to the program, changing hotels, or dates, a change fee of $100 will be charged.

Last Minute Change Fee
If a confirmed service is changed less than two weeks prior to arrival of the guest, a change fee of $100 will be charged.

Last Minute Booking Fee
A last-minute booking fee of $100 will apply to all bookings requested within two weeks of guest´s arrival. This fee will apply to bookings for packages and countryside accommodation. However, this does not guarantee confirmation and will only be charged for confirmed bookings.

Currency 
All prices are charges in USD.

Insurance
We advise all guests to have insurance.

Validity of Prices
Yahnny Bly & Co. reserves the right to change prices already quoted or published in our price lists without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or due to any other cost increases that are outside our control.

Any eventual changes in rates will not be made with less than 8 weeks’ notice prior to arrival.

After the invoice has been issued the price is guaranteed against any surcharge, unless an increase is due to government laws or currency changes. Yahnny Bly & Co. will absorb an amount equivalent to 5% of the package price. Amounts that exceed the 5% will be charged and clients will be entitled to cancel their booking with a full refund if the surcharge exceeds 10%.

Guaranteed Departures & Cancellation Of A Tour By Yahnny Bly & Co.
A departure date for a tour will become a guaranteed departure when at least six bookings are secured.
All scheduled tour departures booked and secured will depart as indicated, subject to reasonable itinerary changes as described in these Terms and Conditions. This guarantee is not applicable in the case of Force Majeure.

If a tour is cancelled by Yahnny Bly & Co. before the date of departure for reasons other than Force Majeure and the cancellation is not caused by your fault or negligence, you will have the choice of accepting from Yahnny Bly & Co.:
(a) a substitute tour of equivalent or superior value; or
(b) a substitute tour of lesser value if no tour of equivalent or superior value is reasonably available and to recover from Yahnny Bly & Co. the difference in price between the price of the tour originally purchased and the substitute tour; or
(c) a full refund of all monies paid for the cancelled tour.

Yahnny Bly & Co. is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you incur as a result of the cancelled booking including visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment. Yahnny Bly & Co. reserves the right to issue a full refund in lieu of the choices above, in its sole discretion. Where a significant element of a tour as described cannot be provided after departure, the Yahnny Bly & Co. will make suitable alternative arrangements where possible. If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative or if you reasonably reject any suitable alternatives, Yahnny Bly & Co. may provide you with a refund for unused products or services as determined in its discretion.

Other
All complaints must reach Yahnny Bly & Co. within 5 days from departure of the tour. Otherwise, possible compensation is not valid.

Note: Yahnny Bly & Co. reserves the right to alter tours and itineraries due to weather or road conditions. All programs can be changed or cancelled at any moment during the trip to assure the safety of guests, staff, and local guides of Yahnny Bly & Co. No responsibility is accepted for losses, expenses due to delays, changes of flights, or other services because of strikes, accidents, sickness,
damage, negligence, weather, war, changes in schedules, or other similar causes. Yahnny Bly & Co. does not assume responsibility for accidents or death that can be traced to the participant’s negligence, acts of third parties or exterior circumstances such as weather, natural occurrences, war or other similar causes.
